Responsibilities

• Support the design, digitalization, and implementation of e-learning training content
• Follow up on and update learning reports and training progress
• Collaborate on the update of existing training programs and materials
• Design didactic materials using various digital platforms and AI tools
• Provide support in the execution and continuous improvement of learning initiatives

Requirements

• Currently studying Administration, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Marketing
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later
• Availability to work 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday) for one year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience or interest in using content development platforms (Canva, Articulate, etc.)
• Ability to explore and utilize Artificial Intelligence tools
• Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills
