Practicante Comercial

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the commercial management and team to improve processes and customer service experience
• Generate executive reports by Dealer and BA including volume, retail penetration, and incentives
• Prepare monthly and quarterly recurring reports and presentations
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards using Power BI and Excel (forecast, pricing, and operational dashboards)
• Support the development of new products and continuous process improvement projects (PDCA)
• Create projects using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Assist in the development of commercial marketing strategies and campaigns, including coordination of digital and physical event materials
• Generate follow-up reports for dealer integrations and approved credit lines

Requirements

• Degree in economic-administrative areas (Titulado/a)
• 0 - 6 months of experience in administrative, commercial support, or customer service roles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
