Practical Nursing Instructor

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and conduct structured practical instruction for trainees and new colleagues in cardiology
• Perform learning level assessments, practical evaluations, and feedback discussions
• Further develop induction and instruction concepts and ensure legally compliant documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as a practical instructor (minimum 300 hours)
• Professional experience in the care of cardiology patients
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
