About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide, supervise, and support trainees during their assignment on the training station
- Plan and implement practical instruction units and support trainees in their personal and professional development
- Work closely with the nursing team and other practical instructors to ensure high-quality training
- Contribute to the further development of the training station through innovative ideas and methods
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist, health and nursing professional, or geriatric nurse
- Additional qualification as a practical instructor (Praxisanleiter/-in) according to legal requirements
- High level of communication and social competence
- Pedagogical skills, teamwork, reliability, and a structured way of working
