Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and daily customer service
• Efficiently replenish goods on shelves
• Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper display
• Handle customer transactions at checkout points according to MAKRO standards
• Participate in order picking processes for customers
• Perform tasks related to unloading and receiving deliveries
• Maintain health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and engagement in customer service
• Minimum vocational education
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
• Accuracy and reliability
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid) is a plus
