PR & Promo Intern

Responsibilities

• Supplement outreach across various avenues of streaming and media
• Facilitate growth of internal database of third-party playlists, press partners, radio, and tastemaker contacts
• Draft and edit content for singles, EPs, albums, compilations, and other materials
• Monitor correspondence and field pending PR and Promo requests
• Maintain internal resources to ensure relevant information is current
• Collect and source data for internal research projects and pitch decks
• Project-manage various short-term assignments as requested
• Provide on-site support at events as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands
• Ability to work onsite in Calabasas, CA
• Ability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as required
• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and varying temperature climates while working at event locations
