PR Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample trafficking internally among departments and externally with media outlets, stylists, and influencers
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and local courier logistics
• Monitor press and social media daily for KHAITE placements and compile internal reports
• Support creation of seasonal press assets, lookbooks, collection decks, and hi-res imagery
• Conduct industry research for marketing, influencer seeding, and partnerships
• Assist in planning and executing press events, including runway shows, re-sees, VIP fittings, and brand dinners
• Track event pickup and compile clippings for post-event recaps
• Maintain and organize the sample closet, showroom, and storage unit
• Liaise with retail and logistics to coordinate stock pulls, returns, and inventory
• Strategize seasonal gifting initiatives and track results across social media

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Keen interest in fashion and the luxury industry
