Responsibilities

• Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, press, and PR agencies
• Provide general administrative support including organizing influencer-related data and managing the PR closet
• Research and identify influencers who align with brand values and target audience
• Support outreach, scheduling collaborations, and maintaining timely communication
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, tracking deliverables, timelines, and results
• Monitor content across media and social media platforms
• Assist at PR events, activations, and influencer trips

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with influencer trends and the beauty space
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
