PR & Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the influencer strategy to support brand and commercial objectives
• Build and execute integrated influencer campaigns for seasonal moments and product launches
• Identify emerging creators and establish long-term ambassador programmes
• Oversee the PR & Influencer team in campaign execution, briefing, and reporting
• Manage influencer budgets, negotiate commercial partnerships, and ensure ROI
• Define and oversee the PR strategy and media relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts
• Lead, coach, and develop the PR & Influencer Team
• Monitor PR performance and share of voice

Requirements

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships
• Experience within fashion, beauty, or retail sectors
• Proven track record of delivering high-performing influencer strategies
• Strong network of influencer, talent management, and media contacts
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Commercially minded with budget management experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy trends
• Experience leading and developing teams
