PR & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PR strategy across Tier-1 business and technology press
• Own industry analyst relationships including Forrester, Gartner, IDC, and G2
• Lead founder communications and ghost-write LinkedIn content and long-form essays
• Manage daily company social cadence across LinkedIn and emerging channels
• Establish trade press relationships within the home services vertical
• Architect crisis communications playbooks in partnership with leadership
• Manage awards strategy and submissions for major B2B and AI programs
• Maintain the press kit, newsroom, and inbound press response processes

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in B2B PR, communications, or executive communications
• Experience at high-growth Series A-C startups
• Proven track record of securing Tier-1 press placements
• Expertise in ghost-writing for executives and founders
• Ability to build analyst relations programs from scratch
• Strong, anti-jargon writing skills and social media management experience
• Ability to operate as a solo communications function without an agency
• Willingness to work in-office full-time at the NYC location

• Experience in AI, vertical SaaS, or services-tech industries
