PR & Communications Director, Americas

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the PR & Communications strategy for the Americas to position the company as a leader in longevity
• Lead storytelling across verticals including preventive medicine, executive health, and regenerative therapies
• Own and grow relationships with top-tier media outlets, editors, and journalists
• Leverage a network of podcast hosts, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Develop strategic partnerships with health, wellness, and luxury lifestyle brands
• Lead PR-driven events and activations in key cities like NYC, Miami, and LA
• Position founders and medical experts as global authorities through speaking opportunities and editorial placements
• Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation
• Define and track PR KPIs including media coverage, share of voice, and brand sentiment

Requirements

• 10+ years in PR, Communications, or Brand Communications leadership roles
• Proven experience with luxury hospitality, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands
• Established personal relationships with top-tier media editors, journalists, and podcast hosts
• Strong access to the U.S. media ecosystem and cultural tastemakers
• Exceptional strategic storytelling and editorial judgment skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-growing environment
