PQRs and Litigation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and substantive responses to derechos de petición, PQRs, and acciones de tutela daily
• Ensure timely responses to meet legal deadlines without extensions
• Escalate concerns to appropriate teams to drive case resolution
• Provide responsive attention to inquiries from regulatory bodies
• Identify trends in legal requests to recommend improvements to internal control systems and processes
• Maintain effective communication with internal control, customer service, and fraud prevention teams

Requirements

• Lawyer with at least 1 year of experience responding to PQRs or providing client support
• Knowledge of Colombian Consumer and Data Protection Laws (Habeas Data)
• Understanding of SFC regulations and bureau reporting
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and trends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail
• Conversational English (B1 level) is desirable
