PQE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze failure modes and root causes of product quality issues within manufacturing processes
• Provide technical and process quality support to Quality Management and Production teams
• Develop, improve, and manage process-related quality documents and laboratory management activities
• Support quality activities for new products during introduction and ramp-up phases
• Adjust, maintain, and manage quality-related inspection and testing equipment
• Perform production process quality control and analysis, including IPQC and finished goods oversight
• Conduct CGAC testing and other required production tests
• Organize and manage testing activities related to CCC certification, including random inspections
• Support quality data collection, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of experience in process quality, IPQC, or related quality engineering roles
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing process quality control
• Proven experience in failure analysis and quality improvement
• Familiarity with production testing, inspection, and certification requirements (e.g., CCC)
• Ability to manage quality documents and testing equipment
