PPM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks to keep hotel facilities in top condition
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and property smooth running
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the property
• Act as a multitasker and fixer to resolve maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Strong eye for detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
