PPL M&A Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead continual process improvement of the PPL M&A program through automation, simplification, and process optimization
• Standardize the Autodesk PPL Integration approach and develop updated playbooks and content
• Project manage small to midsize transactions, including oversight of outside resources for complex deals
• Lead the PPL Integration Management Office (PPLIMO) with a focus on the integration phase of transactions
• Develop and maintain the PPL Plan of Record, identify dependencies, and facilitate workstream meetings
• Partner with Employee Communications to develop and execute deal-specific communication strategies
• Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risks during the M&A lifecycle
• Shadow the PPL M&A Director to develop deeper expertise in managing transactions from diligence through execution

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in at least two of the following: M&A, Employee Communications, HRBP, Org Design, Recruiting, or Change Management
• Broad HR/People experience with a demonstrated ability to influence key decisions
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable people plans
• Proven experience driving communication or change management plans on complex projects
• Exceptional program and project management capabilities, specifically leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
