PPF & Window Tint Technician

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, cut, and apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) to vehicle surfaces.
• Install automotive window films with precision to ensure smooth, bubble-free finishes.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through cleaning, polishing, and detailed inspection prior to installation.
• Conduct post-installation quality assurance inspections to ensure flawless application.
• Operate cutting tools, heat guns, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of films, adhesives, and application tools while minimizing material waste.
• Adhere to workshop safety, health, and environmental guidelines and maintain accurate work records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in PPF and/or automotive window tint installation.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to meet high brand quality, durability, and appearance standards.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to premium quality finishes.
• Ability to work productively to meet daily targets in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on premium or luxury vehicles.
• Technical certification in Automotive Detailing or PPF.
