About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead paid search strategy and optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Drive paid social strategy, campaign planning, and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Own performance measurement, reporting and optimization to ensure scalable results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and tech
- Present strategy and performance insights to internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior team members and develop best-in-class approaches
Requirements
- 3+ years in paid search or paid social environments
- Experience in an agency or performance-focused in-house setup
- Deep understanding of campaign strategy, budgeting, and KPI-driven performance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
