PPC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operationalisation of search strategy, including campaign architecture and market launch sequencing
• Define and own KPIs and dashboards for performance, budget pacing, and incremental ROI
• Scale campaigns across international markets through localisation, audience strategies, and creative testing
• Set governance, access controls, and automation guardrails for ad accounts
• Design and execute test & learn frameworks to identify growth levers
• Line-manage a Performance Marketing Executive, providing coaching and priority setting
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and tech teams to optimize funnels and data capture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering and scaling paid search for enterprise clients or large businesses
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and merchant centre management
• Experience managing multi-million pound budgets and building financial forecasts
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
• Experience with B2B lead generation or large-scale e-commerce
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, and privacy-led measurement
