Responsibilities

  • Define and manage test specifications, parameters, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze test data, diagnose failures, and implement root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes through data-driven analysis
  • Train maintenance and production teams on test equipment operation
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and implementation of high-volume electric drive unit EOL test rigs
  • Oversee vendor management through design, build, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in electric powertrain or automotive manufacturing
  • Experience specifying, sourcing, and launching automated test equipment in high-volume environments
  • Experience with test automation, data acquisition systems, and industrial instrumentation
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies
