Powerplant Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support asset management operations by coordinating engine and component activities including acquisition, teardown, repair, and sales tracking.
• Maintain and update asset databases and documentation while preparing operational summaries for management.
• Assist in teardown and repair coordination by tracking progress with vendors and MRO facilities and verifying reports and costs.
• Perform data analysis and reporting by collecting operational and financial data and generating KPI dashboards.
• Provide commercial support through the preparation of valuation spreadsheets, financial models, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and governance.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation asset management, MRO operations, or engine/component sales support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in asset tracking, teardown coordination, and repair management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and OEM manuals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
