About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development strategy for the RSC Components Platform for the Traction Product family
  • Coordinate product roadmaps in alignment with defined component-level targets
  • Ensure product portfolio competitiveness regarding technology, cost, and performance
  • Validate and homologate products while ensuring compliance with market regulations and norms
  • Define products for tenders and applications, addressing variability and technical gaps
  • Manage collaboration among multi-site teams involved in product development
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation and definitions
  • Participate actively as a member of the site Leadership team (CODIR)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent educational background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or Sub-System management
  • Proven leadership experience within a domain or matrix organization
  • Technical knowledge of Component Traction design
  • Global understanding of internal processes including Tenders, Projects, Engineering, and Industrial
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-skilled and multicultural context

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing R&D programs and product business reviews (PAB & PRB)
  • Strong coordination skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Readiness to travel as required by the role
