Power System Marketing and Architecture

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the Data Infrastructure market segment by leveraging Renesas' power products portfolio and system architectures.
• Act as a strategic consultant for Business Divisions and Sales regarding system and application cluster topics.
• Provide market guidance, highlighting trends, new technical requirements, and emerging power architectures.
• Analyze market competitors and benchmark the Renesas portfolio to identify value propositions and portfolio gaps.
• Develop technical collateral including system block diagrams, system simulations, and market analysis.
• Support roadmap creation and NPI (New Product Introduction) definition based on Voice of the Customer (VoC).
• Manage and organize participation in major power industry events and conferences such as APEC and PCIM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5-8 years of experience in power semiconductor marketing, product definition, system design, or system architecture.
• Strong understanding of power management semiconductor ICs, including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and Battery Management.
• Deep knowledge of Si/WBG technologies and trending power architectures.
• Experience with Data Infrastructure systems and the ability to generate detailed system block diagrams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
