Power Station Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support engineering planning and coordination for energy storage power station projects
• Track engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Assist with preparation of documentation required for permitting and regulatory approvals
• Coordinate technical information for interconnection applications and utility communications
• Support on-site engineering coordination during project installation and construction phases
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to equipment installation and system integration
• Maintain engineering documentation, technical drawings, and project records
• Prepare engineering reports and progress updates for project leadership
• Work with internal technical teams and external engineering consultants to support project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure projects
• Basic understanding of engineering project coordination and construction processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) or renewable energy projects
• Experience working with EPC contractors or construction teams
• Familiarity with utility interconnection processes
• Experience working in large-scale infrastructure projects
