Power Platform Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents solutions
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, custom connectors, and managed solutions across environments
• Integrate Power Platform components with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and external APIs
• Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce environments
• Support implementation of automation and AI initiatives aligned with digital transformation roadmaps
• Develop and maintain SharePoint structures, metadata, and automation
• Create dashboards and analytics with Power BI to track performance and ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and environment management
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and API integrations
• Knowledge of AI Builder and automation best practices
• Understanding of DLP policies, data integrity, and security requirements
• Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM migration or consolidation projects
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect or Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks
