Power Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Build and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integrations
• Automate repetitive organizational tasks and workflows across departments such as HR, Finance, and IT
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems via APIs
• Develop governance, security, and environment strategies for the Power Platform
• Create reusable components, flows, and automation frameworks to drive digital transformation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Experience building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and integration patterns
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration
• Experience with environment management and DLP policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience implementing CI/CD for Power Platform
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400)
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise automation projects
