Power Platform & Copilot Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments through Power Platform Admin Center
• Own environment strategy including provisioning, environment groups, and Managed Environments
• Manage application lifecycle (ALM) via pipelines or Azure DevOps
• Configure and manage Dataverse security roles, permissions, and access controls
• Establish and enforce governance standards including DLP policies and responsible AI guardrails
• Manage Copilot capacity, cost controls, and usage tracking
• Manage connectors, APIs, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
• Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot agents as needed
• Guide and support citizen developers on compliant platform usage

Requirements

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• 1+ year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
• Strong experience with environment management and ALM
• Experience with Dataverse security, DLP policies, and governance
• Experience with integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, APIs, and connectors
• Ability to troubleshoot platform-level issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Managed Environments and governance at scale
• Familiarity with Copilot capacity management and cost controls
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Relevant Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
• Basic knowledge of Azure services
