Power Electronics Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development of DSP controllers for power supply modules, including requirement specification, detailed design, and code development.
• Perform analysis and software implementation of power electronic control algorithms.
• Execute software debugging for power supply modules and systems, ensuring optimization of testing issues.
• Tackle complex technical problems and guide team members through problem analysis and technical breakthroughs.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in power electronic product development.
• Proficiency in C and Assembly (ASM) with practical experience in DSP embedded system development.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools including CCS, MATLAB/SIMULINK, Mathworks, and schematic design software.
• Deep understanding of power electronic circuits and control algorithms such as Boost, Buck, Bidirectional DC/DC, PFC, and LLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical working experience specifically in DSP software development for PSU modules.
• Proven ability to organize and lead technical teams in solving difficult engineering challenges.
