About the Company

Delta-Q Technologies develops and supplies battery chargers to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of electric vehicles and industrial equipment. As part of the ZAPI GROUP, Delta-Q is a global leader in motion control, battery charging, and autonomous navigation software for electric and hybrid drive systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop engineering requirements and support feasibility assessments
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including system-level design, hardware design, and prototyping
  • Perform component, board, and system-level debugging, validation, and integration testing
  • Support safety, compliance, EMI/EMC, and regulatory requirements
  • Research and prototype components for Advanced Engineering and R&D initiatives
  • Ensure performance, quality, and reliability targets are met for assigned subsystems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of hands-on industry experience in power electronics design
  • Experience with power electronics topologies, semiconductor devices, gate drive design, and magnetics
  • Solid understanding of analog control systems
  • Working knowledge of thermal management, PCB layout, and electro-mechanical considerations
  • Experience with EMI/EMC and regulatory requirements for power electronic products
