Power Distribution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply
• Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency
• Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities
• Hands-on experience with MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V)
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with electrical engineering tools such as ETAP
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ahli K3 Listrik certification
• Experience in energy management, power quality analysis, and system optimization
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in industrial environments
• Experience supporting continuous improvement programs like Lean or Kaizen
