Power BI Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-wide Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets
• Build complex data models in Power BI using diverse data sources
• Optimize datasets and reports for high performance and scalability
• Ensure all reporting adheres to organizational governance standards
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, product, and analytics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Data Modelling, and Datasets
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience connecting Power BI with BigQuery on GCP
• Proven experience with Data Visualisation and dashboard development
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably in Asset Management
• Familiarity with other reporting tools such as Looker
• Knowledge of Row-level security and financial reporting
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows
• Certifications in Power BI or other relevant reporting tools
