Power BI Developer and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams consisting of analysts and consultants
• Build dimensional models from various raw data sources
• Create dashboards and visualizations primarily using Power BI
• Undertake exploratory and critical data analysis
• Lead client engagements to capture data and modeling requirements
• Develop end-to-end data processes and data models
• Design data solutions in collaboration with client IT teams
• Test solutions and models against requirements
• Prepare project communication materials and client pitch presentations
• Develop project execution plans and lead end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• Microsoft certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting architecture
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
• Degree in an analytic subject (Maths, Geography, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology
• Experience in data warehousing and data modelling
• Experience with Azure platform (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, etc.)
• Proficiency in DAX, Python, VBA, and SQL
• Strong understanding of dimensions, measures, metadata, and schemas
• Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g., MoSCoW method)
