Power BI and Power Automate Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI
• Create and maintain data models using DAX, Power Query, and modeling best practices
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate
• Automate business processes, notifications, approvals, and data exchanges between systems
• Implement ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources including Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, and APIs
• Optimize performance for reports, data models, and refresh processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and automation opportunities
• Maintain technical and functional documentation for Power BI and Power Automate solutions
• Implement data governance rules and ensure data quality
• Provide training and support to end users

Requirements

• 1+ years of practical experience in Power BI development
• Proficiency in Power BI (reports, dashboards, data models, DAX, and Power Query)
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow creation
• Knowledge of data sources such as Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, CSV, and APIs
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical skills and autonomy
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
