Power Automate Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate client workflows and replace manual data calls.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to summarize data and establish automated daily data refreshes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve client workflows through results-driven automation best practices.
• Support the establishment of robust data architecture and enterprise data management processes.
• Develop data pipelines from external sources such as ADVANA, Palantir, and Azure to transform raw data into analysis-quality data.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations describing analytical techniques and insights.
• Verbally explain and defend completed work to colleagues and clients in both formal and informal settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of quantitative analysis and problem-solving experience.
• Experience utilizing process automation tools, preferably Power Automate, to streamline data collection.
• Ability to independently digest client workflows and identify potential avenues for automation.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Navy and/or a rapid capabilities office.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Advana or Palantir.
• Proficiency in data languages including R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with the broader Power Platform suite, including Power Apps.
