PostTrade Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deploy advanced post-trade technologies and risk controls
• Design and develop scalable onboarding processes to reduce go-to-market time for new initiatives globally
• Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to devise and implement new global strategic optimizations
• Evaluate existing processes, relationships, and systems to proactively identify opportunities for strategic improvement, automation, and growth
• Serve as a subject matter expert to optimize PostTrade’s cataloging and ingestion of external data for reconciliation, reporting, and analytics

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of the trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and the global trading landscape
• 5+ years in a senior, hands-on operational role supporting trading
• Deep, global understanding of the strategic role of prime brokers at a multi-strategy trading firm
• Ability to build and strengthen relationships with prime brokers
• Ability to navigate and negotiate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
