PostgreSQL Development Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead PostgreSQL development, including performance tuning, query optimization, and stored procedures
• Design and manage ETL processes and SQL-based data transformation pipelines using SSIS
• Oversee file management processes such as ingestion, validation, encryption, and archival
• Implement and integrate APIs for data exchange and workflow orchestration
• Utilize AWS services for cloud-native file management and storage solutions
• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data integration projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in database development, ETL, and enterprise data integration
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SQL scripting, and PostgreSQL development
• Proven experience with AWS file management, storage services, and cloud-native approaches
• Deep understanding of ETL architecture, batch processing, and dependency handling
• Ability to work US EST shift timings (1 pm to 10 pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Amazon S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Experience with API testing tools and monitoring utilities
• Expertise in building automated, scalable, and secure file processing workflows in AWS
