Postgraduate Program Admissions & Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the admissions application review and interview process, including assessing, scoring, and ranking incoming applications
• Determine logistics for admissions processes and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed
• Analyze statistical information and data to inform admissions decision-making and conduct post-event evaluations
• Recommend improvements to service delivery and internal processes to accommodate a diverse applicant pool
• Draft written materials for presentations and deliver recruitment presentations at workshops and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience
• Minimum of four years of related student services experience in a post-secondary admissions or advising role
• Experience with medical residency program administration
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical reporting, and assessing admissions applications
• Experience coordinating events, programs, and projects while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the POWER registration and evaluation system
• Strong public speaking skills and experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences
