Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments in protein biochemistry, biophysics, and structural biology
• Advance novel human protein targets through the drug discovery pipeline from hit to chemical probe
• Maintain accurate and reproducible experimental records using electronic laboratory notebooks
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to guide next steps in target validation and SAR development
• Communicate research findings clearly in project meetings and contribute to manuscript preparation

Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry, chemical biology, structural biology, pharmacology, or a related discipline (awarded within the last 5 years)
• Strong experimental background in protein expression and purification
• Experience in biochemical or biophysical assay development
• Proficiency in structural biology techniques such as X-ray crystallography and/or cryo-EM
• Proven track record of high-quality, peer-reviewed publications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating structural and functional data to inform hypothesis-driven design
• Demonstrated interest in translational science and early-stage drug discovery
