About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative interviews with study participants
- Lead data analysis and interpretation for the longitudinal study
- Perform literature reviews to support specific study aims
- Prepare manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed publications
- Develop and deliver presentations for academic conferences
- Support study coordination and various administrative tasks
- Contribute to additional research activities as required by the Principal Investigator
Requirements
- PhD in a health or social science-related discipline (completed within the last 5 years)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in research project coordination and data management
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methods and analysis
- Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest and experience in health psychology and vaccine decision-making
- Proficiency in French
