Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative interviews with study participants
• Lead data analysis and interpretation for the longitudinal study
• Perform literature reviews to support specific study aims
• Prepare manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed publications
• Develop and deliver presentations for academic conferences
• Support study coordination and various administrative tasks
• Contribute to additional research activities as required by the Principal Investigator

Requirements

• PhD in a health or social science-related discipline (completed within the last 5 years)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in research project coordination and data management
• Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methods and analysis
• Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest and experience in health psychology and vaccine decision-making
• Proficiency in French
