Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects focused on strategic philanthropy, impact investment/ESG, and social impact management
• Conduct literature reviews and systematize evidence regarding sector trends and practices
• Prepare working papers, technical reports, case studies, and academic publications
• Participate in national and international research networks and represent the Initiative in specialized forums
• Collaborate with researchers, professors, and external allies on joint projects

Requirements

• PhD in administration, social sciences, or related fields (obtained or in process)
• Proven research experience in philanthropy, impact investment, social responsibility, or sustainable development
• Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Excellent academic writing and executive reporting skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to communicate research results to both specialized and non-specialized audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills for networking with philanthropic, business, government, and academic sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and research software
