Postdoctoral Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning and computational methods for drug discovery
• Develop new AI-driven Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation methods
• Collaborate with medicinal chemists and multidisciplinary teams to develop project strategies
• Analyze and communicate complex protein structure and chemical genomics data
• Lead scientific writing efforts, including manuscripts, grants, patents, and technical reports
• Mentor and train junior team members, including graduate and undergraduate students
• Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality research data

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in MD simulation and molecular modeling
• Experience processing and analyzing protein structure and chemical genomics data
• Proficiency using high-performance computing (HPC) facilities
• Proven track record of scientific accomplishments, such as peer-reviewed publications or patents
• Strong ability to communicate technical findings to experimental chemists and biologists
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior training in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, or Computational Biophysics
• Experience with omics data integration and systems biology
