Postdoctoral Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in AI safety and autonomous robotics, including algorithm design, system development, and experimental validation
• Author and contribute to research proposals, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications
• Present research progress to sponsors and stakeholders on a regular cadence
• Develop project concepts and write proposals for research projects and independent grant applications
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students on research methods, code development, and scientific communication

Requirements

• Doctorate degree
• 3-5 years of relevant research experience
• Experience with robot systems, algorithm design, and development
• Experience with experimental validation processes
