Postdoctoral Fellow - Computational Biology & Medicine

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in cancer immunology by studying T cell receptor (TCR) repertoires and their antigens.
• Perform multi-omics analysis of bulk and single-cell sequencing data.
• Develop deep learning and AI models to understand the relevance of TCRs to cancer and autoimmune diseases.
• Design and execute experiments to test and validate scientific hypotheses.
• Collaborate with experts in Computational Biology and Oncology Research.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology or Computational Science, or a PhD in Molecular Biology/Immunology with a strong computational focus.
• Proven track record of impactful research with one or more first-author publications in high-quality journals.
• Extensive experience in application-based computational biology, specifically with single-cell sequencing techniques.
• Strong expertise in deep learning and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex scientific problems both independently and collaboratively.
