Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sales data model in Salesforce, including account health scoring and renewal tracking
  • Design and maintain the renewal pipeline, forecasting methodology, and revenue retention reporting infrastructure
  • Build customer health frameworks by defining inputs like product usage and engagement signals
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on contract infrastructure, renewal schedules, and consumption monitoring
  • Own CS team performance reporting, including book of business coverage and capacity modeling
  • Support the post-sales technology stack, including CRM configuration and CS tooling like Gainsight or Vitally
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Systems teams on handoff process design and onboarding milestone tracking
  • Build operational infrastructure for advisory and professional services motions
  • Contribute to executive-level revenue reporting including GRR, NRR, and cohort analysis

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and experience administering CS platforms
  • Ability to work across contract, consumption, and CRM data for ARR and NRR reporting
  • Strong analytical skills for building cohort retention models and spotting data integrity issues
  • Experience supporting renewal forecasting processes
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company selling to enterprise or institutional buyers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with consumption-based or hybrid billing models
  • Exposure to professional services or advisory revenue operations
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
  • Experience standing up a CS ops function from scratch during rapid growth
