Post Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) by configuring and tuning applications to meet business and technical needs
• Analyze and evaluate client requirements to provide product expertise and guidance throughout the post go-live journey
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality, advising on best practices for implementation and operation
• Identify potential product enhancements and communicate improvements to Product Management
• Train users on existing workflows and gather requirements for new asset classes or security types
• Maintain client issue lists, provide status reporting, and troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with technical support teams
• Contribute to software quality by communicating defects and validating resulting fixes

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation or support of mission-critical financial solutions
• Hands-on experience with investment management software, preferably order management or compliance systems
• Strong industry knowledge of asset classes, including fixed income and equity financial instruments
• Technical proficiency with relational database structures, SQL, and FIX protocols
• Proven ability to build effective customer relationships and convey complex plans or issues clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA
• Experience working within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth management firm
• Understanding of derivatives, FX instruments, and complex investment management workflows
