Post-production Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess TV production and media projects from both logistics and financial perspectives
• Accurately budget media projects and manage changes in scope to maintain fiscal targets
• Provide timely reporting on the current and projected financial state of each project
• Manage project timelines, deadlines, and schedules, adjusting as necessary
• Oversee project actualization, including the creation of wrap binders and coordinating final billing with accounting
• Serve as the primary client contact, translating creative goals into actionable direction
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying budget ranges and deliverable timelines
• Quality-check final deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to delivery
• Provide guidance and oversight to post-production project coordinators

Requirements

• BA or BS in a production-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TV, Film, or Media
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, tracking, and managing multiple media projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Proven experience in client handling and relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of specific experience in Production and Post-Production environments
