Post-production Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with League Marketing Campaigns, including budgeting, actualizing, and post-production communication
• Review, code, authorize, and submit invoices, timecards, and expenses to accounting
• Manage assigned projects through to final billing and maintain detailed project records
• Coordinate creative and technical requests across internal teams such as Scheduling, Engineering, and Editors
• Supervise post-production sessions (virtual and in-person) and resolve day-of issues
• Manage and track incoming client requests to ensure timely routing and follow-through
• Quality-check (QC) deliverable links and share final materials with clients
• Maintain and update production calendars, schedules, and project documentation
• Assist with the creation of digital wrap binders and process necessary paperwork

Requirements

• BA or BS in Media, Business, or Project Management
• 1-2 years of professional office experience
• High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Teams
• Experience with budgeting, planning, scheduling, and project management
• Proven experience in client handling
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, maintain meticulous records, and handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Production and Post-Production environments
