Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-production processes for short-form and long-form video content
• Perform offline and online editing, VFX, motion graphics, compositing, and color grading
• Deliver content optimized for vertical social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for all post-production outputs
• Provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction
• Establish and maintain efficient post-production workflows and asset management
• Stay updated with social media trends and experiment with new visual storytelling approaches

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a post-production house, studio, or in-house creative team
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Frame.io
• Strong understanding of VFX, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and color grading
• Excellent sense of storytelling, visual pacing, and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A strong video editing showreel or portfolio showcasing outstanding work is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max
