About the Company

Buena is building the technology that runs the real estate industry. We are transforming property management into a technology-driven sector, having already become the second-largest property management company in Germany within less than two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations end-to-end, owning the 100-day plan, workstreams, milestones, and deadlines for every acquisition.
• Migrate data and systems, moving assets, properties, and contracts from legacy systems into the Buena platform.
• Rebuild processes for accounting, WEG/rental management, and daily operations to meet Buena standards.
• Onboard and guide management teams and employees from acquired companies through the transition.
• Track integration KPIs such as migration status, billing, and capacity using tools like Linear.
• Automate workflows using AI and automation tools to increase integration speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 1–3 years of full-time professional experience in consulting, M&A/integration, corporate development, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data consolidation).
• Ability to interpret operational and financial metrics (P&L, revenue, units under management).
• C1 or native-level German fluency for handling contracts and communications.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Post-Merger Integration, carve-outs, or restructuring.
• Experience in scaling operational processes in a multi-location or rollout context.
• Background in real estate, property management, or PropTech.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI) or CRM/ERP systems.
• Affinity for process automation and AI tools.
