Post Harvest Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform physical post-harvest breakdown of dried cannabis plants, including shucking, sorting, and trimming
• Meet daily production metrics while maintaining quality standards and visual work instructions
• Organize and maintain a clean work environment and participate in room set-up and break-down
• Follow department-specific SOPs, GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, and compliance requirements
• Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment, and machinery as directed
• Report safety incidents, quality concerns, and plant anomalies

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age with valid state ID
• Ability to obtain and maintain state cannabis industry badging
• Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
• Ability to work in an environment of 85+ degrees and 70% humidity for extended periods
• Ability to repetitively climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a highly regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant certifications
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask
