Post Harvest Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise post-harvest site teams including leads and technicians
• Coordinate the transition of product from live plants to high-quality flower ready for packaging
• Manage flower quality retention and onsite post-harvest processes
• Oversee dry room and flower storage operational procedures, including moisture analysis
• Manage post-harvest labor models, throughput expectations, and WIP inventory
• Implement SOPs for harvest, breakdown, trimming, and sorting
• Report site KPIs and deliver monthly flower quality summaries to the Director

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cannabis experience in growing or post-harvest processing
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass all required background checks and obtain state badging
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Proficiency in Excel and data collection
• Strong understanding of marijuana laws, rules, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership responsibility
• Research skills and familiarity with the scientific method
